This notice describes how SpiritLogics handles information submitted through this website. For privacy questions, please use our contact form.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, company (if provided), selected service and project description. Please do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive information in your message.
Client accounts and profiles
When you register, we store your name, email address, a password hash, verification status and account security records. Your client profile can include business details, contact information, website requirements and a profile photo. We use this information to provide your client workspace and deliver the services you request. Verification and password-reset emails are transactional messages, not marketing subscriptions.
Payments and subscriptions
When enabled, Stripe collects and stores payment information through its hosted checkout. Our portal stores customer, checkout, payment and subscription references, plan selection, billing status and the payment authorization you accept. We do not store card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy notice.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential work. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your contact details.
Email delivery and service providers
Enquiries are sent to our business contact inbox through Resend and handled in Gmail. These service providers may process information outside Canada. Contact enquiries are delivered by email. The client portal stores account, profile and project records in a separate application database hosted on Railway, including uploaded profile photos. Railway, Stripe and Resend may process information outside Canada. Email providers may retain messages, delivery records and operational logs according to their policies.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request information to deliver the website and prevent abuse. The contact endpoint uses temporary rate limiting. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The client portal uses an essential, secure session cookie for login and request protection. It is not used for advertising. Security records help prevent abusive registration, login and email attempts. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiry correspondence as needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided through our contact form. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
